I have a friend that lives there, I have been over there to visit it’s a very nice place also the management is very nice , there was one lady there at the beginning was very rude but I heard she’s no longer there!

I came to The Exchange back in June and so far really like it here. The leasing agent Ester is one super nice woman, she always greets you every time she she's you. So come join us here it's and amazing place to live. But I need to add after seeing a review about Kay, she was nice at first but the started being rude to me. Don't dare asked her a question because she has told me to be quiet because she can't chew gun and walk. She was out sick and when she came back I brought her and orkid, fruit bowls and other things but then she would be rude and didn't have time to talk to me when I had questions. She's not been here in over a week and hope she's not sick again. Just because someone is rude and disrespectful to me doesn't make it right to do that in return. Anyone or rather everyone I've met here I treat all the same, with kindness and respect. Guess that' why I like Ester, Napoleon and Julio (not sure of the spelling of his name but the maintenance man).

I recently signed a lease with the Exchange. The apartment are super nice and brand, brand new. But what the real selling point was, is Esther Hayes Avila. She was super sweet and very helpfully regarding my application and working through the process. What at time was stressful but Esther was the saving grace. I plan to be at the Exchange long-term. She was also welcoming to my guest who came along with me the day I did my tour. She hereself get 5 stars.
