Kate and the team at 740 Designs were outstanding! From the moment they started, they took great care of our newly refinished timber floors, laying down protection before setting up any furniture or staging pieces. Staging a large, 3-bedroom Scarborough apartment is no small task, but their eye for detail and ability to design with the coastal view as the hero of the space was brilliant. They even conducted a walkthrough mid-renovation and still had a clear vision for what would suit the space perfectly for marketing and sale. The final result was stunning—elegant, balanced, and exactly what we wanted. Their hard work and even their impressive truck-reversing skills on a busy highway didn’t go unnoticed! I’ve worked with 740 Designs before, and once again, they delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend!
