I finally decided to take the plunge and try acupuncture for chronic pain that I have been having since 2015. On my first visit I was able to fully move my neck and have full range of motion. When you are in pain daily for so many years you live through the pain and figure out new ways of doing daily life things. And in one visit I was able to reach on the top shelf of my refrigerator, get a good nights rest and I can go on.
