Had an amazing experience with a new Carrier furnace installation with Manny (Emanual) and team. They were meticulous and detailed and left our house spotless after the install. We have used MAS as our trusted HVAC company for all our HVAC support (including a Carrier AC install a few years ago). Their maintenance plan is a no brainer peace of mind to keep your HVAC systems in top working order and includes full labor warranty to boot on new installs. Highly recommend MAS for your HVAC work.

My 86 year old mom reported her furnace would not turn on and it was set at 70 and dropped to 67 but would not kick on. I told her to call Air solutions as they had the highest review for customer satisfaction in the area. They walked her through a couple steps and her furnace kicked back on in the middle of this 2025 cold winter. I now have my new HVAC company when the time comes. Thank you Air solutions for being honest and caring!

I used Modern Air Solutions to fix my furnace when we hit the coldest day of 2025. Their tech, Ian, came out and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. Come to find out, I had a bad circuit board. Shortly after, he had the board switched out, and the furnace was up and running. I plan to use Modern Air Solutions for all future HVAC issues. Also, make sure you sign up for the maintenance plan. You can't beat the deal!
