Northbuilt did a remodel for us about a year ago which included the kitchen, a bathroom and the floors. The consultation process was great. They made suggestions, listened to what we wanted and ultimately made a design that worked for us. Ivan suggested a cabinet finish we love and came up with a design that fits perfectly for what we wanted. The quality of the work is extremely high and we have full confidence that everything was done correctly. We made a last minute change by adding the floors and baseboards and they were able to accommodate us. The timeline was a little longer than originally proposed but that's remodels for you! We highly recommend them and would use them for a future project.

Northbuilt was a refreshing change from many of the other contractors that we spoke to regarding our bathroom remodel. Most approached the job as hired hands where I did all the design work, researched and procured all of the materials, and they simply showed up to do the install. Instead, Northbuilt took the time to come in and listen to the things we wanted, the things we were perhaps less sure about and put together a solid design based on all of our feedback. Alex did a great job during that design phase to offer solutions that fit what we wanted, and options when we met challenges. Once in the execution phase Michael took over the project management and really made us feel like he was truly invested in the outcome, not just the drive to get through it. He was engaged, responsive, and sympathetic to our requests along the way. When things came up he listened to our concerns and did everything he could to address them. This is the type of service that puts Northbuilt above the rest when it comes to choosing who you wish to put your faith in. Lot's of folks can build out a bathroom if the foundation and materials are handed to them, but Northbuilt takes the extra effort to give you a full solution. My wife and I appreciated that above all else. The final outcome was a bathroom we are excited to call our own and really enjoying the level of craftsmanship that went into making a place we will enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommended!

From day one, our vision was top of mind for each worker who walked through the door, and details were thoroughly discussed and executed along the way. Although our project was relatively small, we received full-time attention with immediate responses to any need. It isn't always easy to find people who go to such lengths to assure quality and satisfaction, and we will most certainly engage Northfield Construction for any future home improvement projects!
