My experience at CustomEyes Ogilvie was excellent due to the assistance I received from Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sarah provided such great customer service and was very instrumental in helping me choose the appropriate eyewear and navigate my vision insurance benefits. I haven't had such a great customer service experience as a consumer in a very long time ANYWHERE.
